County Launches Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Survey
Input will inform plan to improve equity and inclusion at La Crosse County   
 
All community members of La Crosse County are invited to share their views in a short and anonymous survey as part of a project to make the county more equitable and inclusive for all. 
The survey is being conducted by Chanin Kelly-Rae Consulting, LLC., a firm hired by the county to develop a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging plan. As part of that work, Kelly-Rae has met with dozens of community organizations and interviewed hundreds of residents from every corner of the county.
“We are leaving no stone unturned as we try to get the pulse of La Crosse County,” she said. “This survey is a critical part of our process and we encourage everyone to participate.”
 
The survey includes demographic questions to better understand the unique perspectives of different individuals and communities. All questions in the survey are voluntary. The overall results of the survey and the final plan it informs will be shared with the public. 
“Our goal is to create a roadmap with actionable steps that gets us closer to a La Crosse County where all people feel they can be successful,” said Kelly-Rae.
