On June 9, 2026, the Town of Holland held an open house to gather input concerning a proposed new fire station. For those unable to attend, the Town has scheduled a 2nd Open House for Monday, June 29th, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a presentation at 5:30 pm and repeated at 7:00 pm.

In addition, the Holmen Area Fire Department partnered with Five Bugles Design, a Wendel Companies firm, to complete a fire station planning study focused on ensuring high-quality emergency services for the community now and into the future.
